This is not a comprehensive business plan. Simply, here are five steps to get your business on the right path. These five steps are custom to your business’s situation.
We assess your business using a two-stage approach: 1) The Self Assessment and 2) The 2H meeting.
The Self Assessment is a questionnaire with carefully crafted questions to understand exactly where your business currently stands.
The 2H meeting provides the context for your business. You, the person, have a life, and these five steps must fit into that life.
Capable go-getters. Action-orientated individuals who need guidance before running head first into the next project, hoping it will stick. You default to doing.
This is not for someone who requires a full business plan.

The Self Assessment
Answer a comprehensive questionnaire that evaluates all aspects of your business from leadership, marketing, people, finance, and operations.
The 2H Meeting
PowellBD will ask a number of carefully crafted questions to provide context that will be invaluable to identifying your next 5 moves.
Your Next 5 Moves
Receive a 5 step Action Plan that will demystify what you need to do to grow your business.
Details of Your Next 5 Moves.
Location. Virtual.
Duration. From commencement to completion, expect this to span two weeks.
Scheduling. It can usually be initiated within 5-7 business days, depending on the time of year.
Capacity. At the moment, Powell BD only conducts two Your Next 5 Moves a month due to the thoroughness of the Action Steps.
Deliverable(s). An action plan outlining precisely what your business needs to do to reach your objectives(s). The full attention of experienced and qualified advice for 2 hours, and comprehensive market research.
Implementation Guidance. Up to 2 weeks after commencement. The virtual 2H meeting will be agenda/process-driven, so you’ll keep a log of your questions, and we’ll address them in batches throughout the day.
Participation Requirements. Submission of The Self Assessment. The owner or someone with access gathers materials/information for roughly 30 minutes. Owners and critical leaders participate in the 2H Meeting, as appropriate, but mainly we need the business owner in the loop.
Cost. $2,000 + GST
Payment Terms. Payment is required upfront.
